Tour Policies

The Carlock House Tour Policy & Liability Waiver Before booking your tour, please review and agree to the following terms: Tour Guidelines Tours are available by appointment only. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No smoking, vaping, or open flames allowed on the property. Photography is allowed only with guide approval. Guests must follow all guide instructions and remain with the group. Transportation & Parking Guests are responsible for their own transportation. Limited on-site parking is available. The Carlock House, Inc. and Oaklea Mansion, LLC are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft involving vehicles or personal property. Model A Woody Vehicle Ride (if applicable) Guests may be offered transportation in the vintage Model A Woody vehicle as part of the tour experience. The Model A Woody is a vintage car, and while maintained for safety, it may not have modern safety features such as seat belts or airbags. By participating in a ride in the Model A Woody, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks, including but not limited to injury, mechanical failure, or unexpected vehicle behavior. You release and hold harmless The Carlock House, Inc.; Oaklea Mansion, LLC.; their owners, operators, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability related to your participation in the vehicle ride. Liability Waiver By booking this tour, you agree to the following: You acknowledge that The Carlock House is a historic property that may include uneven surfaces, stairs, and other potential hazards. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the tour. You release and hold harmless The Carlock House, Inc.; Oaklea Mansion, LLC.; their owners, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims of injury, loss, or damage incurred during your visit or in transit to/from the property, including but not limited to during any optional vehicle transport. Cancellations Tours must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of $10. Tours may be rescheduled or canceled by management due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
